CMSC 135 - INTRODUCTION TO SCRIPTING
Covers concepts of scripting languages based on languages such as Python, Perl , JavaScript , VBScript and PowerShell. Students learn how to use scripting languages for rapid prototyping, web programming, data processing and application extension. Assessment Levels: ENGL 101/ENGL 101A/ELAI 990, MATH 050, READ 120. May not be taken concurrently with MATH 017 or MATH 020 or MATH 045. Three hours each week.
